You may know a bit about electrical magnetism. If you look at this infrastructure you will see it is hollow. We call red the centre, the Plasma Core. Spinning this infrastructure produces a magnet. With each floor wrapped in six coils of wire the magnetic strength is controllable. As this infrastructure gets close to or passes through the Van Allan Belt, it will attract solar plasma. As we collect the plasma, at 27,000 degrees hot, we do not want a melt down. Choices; Do we magnetically expel the plasma, creating thrust. Do we collect and cool the plasma, producing gas that we can allow to escape, creating thrust. Do we cool the gas, producing liquid? Do we cool the liquid, producing solid? We can through the solid to create thrust but it’s not a good idea.

We have a satellite delivery system idea that produces zero space junk.
Each launch lifts six satellites and a 200 passenger landing vehicle to share the cost.
After six launches we attach the used rocket hardware, remove the tanks and reattach them to the outside, clean and renovate, place the 36 satellite and open for rent.
