Just wanting to say hi to everyone and I think that this site is a great idea! I will be doing a post soon on the subject of "Risk vs the Perception of Risk" which will take a look at some of the big risky deals of the last few years in the market (Securities backed by subprime loans as an example), which we now know is hugely risky, versus the perception that space is a riskier investment/business.
