Your YouTube presentation seems to spark the imagination only - both good and bad - a "blank slate." I think the coats and ties make it too much like "The Titanic" or "2001." Why not play up the artificial G sports angle in those big spaces with people of all races that move, instead of "creepy" caucasian mannequins? Maybe pay a local band you like with beer (and honor) to redo the stock sounding music to give it a more edgy, GensXYZ pathbreaking feel?

Possible and I can see the demand being there in time but it'll take some serious investment, I really can't see it being well accepted though as an investment opportunity because of the sheer scale.

Might be better getting investment from a consortium of hotelier's and casino owners on the understanding that there's out of this world tax free gambling, not too many other sources of investment of that scale that I can think of.
I may be wrong though, just seems like a huge project but I wish you well with it.
