Dear Entrepreneur, Engineers, Space Angel, VC, Official and us all are welcome to join to build the
ISS 2.0.......Idea is to build the New Space station for more collaborating Gov-Corporate groups. Sure there are entrepreneur who would be interested in investing the money.

Hey Burton! Re; the angel investing, I will refer you to John Wheeler's definition of an "expert" -- someone who knows, through his own bitter experience, all the mistakes that can be made in his field. :-) So I am accumulating lumps and expertise. The situation is pretty interesting, though, and may lead to some good things down the road.
